The undersigned, for the consideration of the execution of a rental agreement and for other valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby guarantees that the tenant will pay all rent when due and will perform all terms and conditions on the tenant’s part to be performed under the rental agreement and upon the tenant’s failure to do so, the undersigned will perform the same.
