How To Apply

When you find an apartment that you wish to rent please drive by the property to view the exterior and then complete and return the application available on the FORMS page.

Return the completed application with a copy of your photo ID to Moser Properties.

The application process can usually be completed in one day.

If you would like to hold an apartment until your application is approved, please print the “Retention Deposit” form from the FORMS page and mail it to Moser Properties with $900. This $900 will be credited toward your Security Deposit. If your application is not approved, your $900 will be returned to you.

Once your application is approved and the apartment is ready you will be responsible for the remainder of the deposit and the pro-rated rent at the time of move-in.
